AGE AGREEMENT AND USE RESTRICTION

Eligibility: By accessing this site and purchasing our products, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements for the purchase of fashion accessories, personal wear, and specialized styling garments.

Restricted Access: IF a user is under the age of majority, THEN they are strictly prohibited from browsing this site or purchasing any products.

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS, MATERIALS, AND COLOR ACCURACY

Material and Handcrafted Variations: Our products are crafted from a diverse range of premium materials, including but not limited to genuine leather, synthetic/vegan leather, various textiles, fabrics, metal components, and mixed materials. Due to the unique nature of these materials and our handcrafting assembly processes, you acknowledge and agree to the following variations:

  • For Leather Materials (Genuine and Synthetic): Minor natural markings, scars, texture variations, grain patterns, or slight shade differences are inherent to natural and synthetic leather crafting.

  • For Textiles and Fabrics: Slight differences in weave patterns, fabric textures, or dye-lot variations are normal characteristics of textile manufacturing.

  • For Handcrafted Elements: Minor deviations in hand-stitching, edge finishing, or assembly detailing are proof of unique craftsmanship.
    None of the above-mentioned natural, material, or artisanal variations shall constitute manufacturing defects.

Sizing: It is your sole responsibility to measure accurately before purchasing. Since all sales are final, we are not responsible for incorrect sizing choices made by the customer.

SAFETY, STYLING DISCLAIMER, and LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Aesthetic & Decorative Disclaimer: Our products, including fashion body harnesses, collars, and leather accessories, are designed and sold exclusively as aesthetic fashion accessories and lifestyle styling garments.

No Load-Bearing Guarantee: Unless explicitly specified in writing on a specific product page, our body straps, harnesses, and styling items are not designed, tested, or certified for any heavy load-bearing, suspension, safety, or high-stress physical activities.

Assumption of Risk: You explicitly acknowledge that wearing fitted fashion accessories, body straps, or specialized styling garments carries inherent physical risks if adjusted incorrectly (including but not limited to temporary restricted circulation, skin irritation, or physical strain). By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with the fitting, wearing, and storage of these products.

Liability Cap: Under no circumstances shall AphrosDesign, its directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, personal injury, physical discomfort, or accidents—arising from the use, misuse, adjustment, or inability to wear our styling accessories safely.

PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

In addition to standard prohibitions, you are strictly prohibited from:

  1. Using our products for any non-consensual, illegal, or harmful activities.

  2. Representing our products as certified professional safety, medical-grade, or load-bearing equipment.

  3. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms of Service and any transactions herewith shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of China.

Any disputes arising from the purchase or use of our products shall be submitted to confidential arbitration in China.
